Context
Selected for the Prince Albert Fund, a highly selective leadership program (5–10% acceptance rate) initiated by the King Baudouin Foundation and the Federation of Belgian Enterprises, I am currently based in São Paulo on a 12-month mission supporting the international expansion of a Belgian 3D healthtech company.
What I'm building
I am leading the expansion of Ugani Prosthetics across Latin America by scaling its 3D digital prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) model into new markets. This includes driving market entry and commercial development across the region, building strategic partnerships to enable local production and clinical adoption, implementing a unified CRM following a recent merger, and deploying automated sales and pipeline workflows to support scalable growth.
Impact
My work combines business development, operational execution, and on-the-ground entrepreneurship to accelerate access to advanced prosthetic and orthotic solutions in emerging markets. Before relocating to São Paulo, I conducted field research across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay to map ecosystems, identify opportunities, and engage directly with key local stakeholders.
