Context

This project was born at the intersection of electronic music, urban culture, and sustainability in Brussels. It combined a festival experience with an embedded marketplace, with one ambition: rethink how cultural events can quietly drive behavioral change. Instead of treating entertainment and impact as two separate worlds, the idea was to bring them together into one ecosystem where music, people, and sustainability could coexist naturally.

What I built

I worked on a dual concept made of an electronic music festival and a space called the Green Village. The festival was the main engine: it brought people together, created cultural energy, and ensured the financial viability of the project. Inside it, the Green Village acted as a parallel experience, gathering sustainable start-ups, brands, and NGOs in one interactive space. The goal was simple: let people discover new habits through experience rather than explanation. The project involved coordinating a team of 60+ people and delivering an experience for around 4,000 attendees.

Impact

The real impact was not cultural, but behavioral. We were reaching an audience that was not necessarily engaged with sustainability and exposing them to alternatives in a very direct, tangible way. The Green Village became a bridge between awareness and action, turning curiosity into small, real-life shifts in behavior. In the end, the project showed that a festival can be more than entertainment: it can be a soft entry point into new ways of living.
